It could be my connection, but I seem to be having a lot of trouble getting the SVN repository. CVS is checking out okay however. I use socksify to connect via a socks5 tunnel.

check out error (no project data is downloaded, but the svn directories set up correctly..):

~/Sources/SVN/yabause$ socksify svn co https://yabause.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/yabause/trunk yabause
svn: REPORT of '/svnroot/yabause/!svn/vcc/default': could not connect to server (https://yabause.svn.sourceforge.net)

update error (some files download but... eventually):
~/Sources/SVN/yabause$ socksify svn update yabause
A yabause/mini18n
A yabause/mini18n/AUTHORS
A yabause/mini18n/mini18n.vcproj
A yabause/mini18n/ChangeLog
A yabause/mini18n/src
svn: PROPFIND of '/svnroot/yabause/!svn/vcc/default': could not connect to server (https://yabause.svn.sourceforge.net)

I can update over and over and I think eventually I'll get all the project files... but this is a little frustrating.

Another question: Are the SVN and CVS being kept up-to-date in parallel? Sourceforge's statistics show their check outs are about the same but the CVS has practically no updates recorded.

It looks like Sourceforge had some problem with SVN when you tried it. I just updated my copy without any problem.

CVS and SVN repositories are not kept up-to-date, we moved to SVN and I just forgot to turn off CVS... will fix that now :)
