# Posted: 28 Aug 2009 04:15 It could be my connection, but I seem to be having a lot of trouble getting the SVN repository. CVS is checking out okay however. I use socksify to connect via a socks5 tunnel. check out error (no project data is downloaded, but the svn directories set up correctly..): ~/Sources/SVN/yabause$ socksify svn co https://yabause.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/yabause/trunk yabause svn: REPORT of '/svnroot/yabause/!svn/vcc/default': could not connect to server (https://yabause.svn.sourceforge.net) update error (some files download but... eventually): ~/Sources/SVN/yabause$ socksify svn update yabause A yabause/mini18n A yabause/mini18n/AUTHORS A yabause/mini18n/mini18n.vcproj A yabause/mini18n/ChangeLog A yabause/mini18n/src svn: PROPFIND of '/svnroot/yabause/!svn/vcc/default': could not connect to server (https://yabause.svn.sourceforge.net) I can update over and over and I think eventually I'll get all the project files... but this is a little frustrating. Another question: Are the SVN and CVS being kept up-to-date in parallel? Sourceforge's statistics show their check outs are about the same but the CVS has practically no updates recorded. |

# Posted: 28 Aug 2009 08:54 It looks like Sourceforge had some problem with SVN when you tried it. I just updated my copy without any problem. CVS and SVN repositories are not kept up-to-date, we moved to SVN and I just forgot to turn off CVS... will fix that now :) |
