# Posted: 8 Jul 2009 02:24 ok so I noticed that there is hardly any support anywhere for the mac part of yabause. so anyone whose gotten this to work please help This is where I am utterly confused: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- -- Yabause is written in C using the AGL, Carbon, IOKIit and OpenGL libraries. Those librarires should be include with you Mac OS X system. (does this mean anything for me?) Yabause can also use the SDL library: * http://www.libsdl.org/ Once these libraries are installed, you should be ready to install Yabause. (do i need them?) Uncompress the Yabause source archive, move to the newly created directory, type ./configure --disable-dependency-tracking --disable-shared it will generate one program: "yabause" in the "src/carbon" directory and copy it in the Yabause.app bundle. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - So basiclly what ive tried was unzipping the file to the desktop as well as the app folder and tried changing the directory (via the terminal) to both of those locations cd /applications/saturn (thats the folder i put all the dmg files in) and cd /Users/Spyderhunter/Desktop/Saturn/ (thats ALSO the folder i put all the dmg files in) then i typed in the command ./configure --disable-dependency-tracking --disable-shared and with both locations i got the response -bash: ./configure: No such file or directory So i have no idea what that means / maybe im guessing im possibly missing a file or something? please please please help me!! :D |
