I’d like to say that SF III is getting there. My overly optimistic friend even calls it “technically playable”. It’s really not, but its close. The movies play, although they stutter a little on my 2.6Ghz K8. The in-game is pretty fast, sound isn’t even that bad. However, everything is very dark and shaded and you can’t see anything during combat between two characters. You also can’t see the movement grid because of the shading.
Anyway, it has improved greatly and I am very impressed. If it offloaded some of the emulated cores to my second core, it would be plenty fast even in games like Burning Rangers. Which, BTW, has also improved somewhat. Still crashed on me and has graphical glitches aplenty, but it was better.
